Codices Gregoriani, 2. Padua, 1995. 23 x 33 cm, xxxi, 600 pp. Two-color facsimile of a beautiful notated missal (plus kyriale and sequences) from the first half of the 13th c. Written in Metz notation, Ms Verdun 759 serves as an important “translation” of the 10th-c. codex Laon, Bibliothèque Municipale 239 (= PM 10), and, as such, it is an invaluable source for the critical edition of the Graduale Romanum.
